Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

I understand that unexpected things happen, so the first cancel/reschedule within 24-hours is not charged, excluding the 2-hours immediately before the appointment. If you cancel/reschedule less than 24-hours a second time you will be charged 60% of the appointment cost. All no shows/cancellations within 2-hours of the appointment will be charged the full service fee.

Future appointments cannot be made until the invoice is paid. Insurance providers do not cover missed appointment fees.

If I cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hours notice your next treatment fee is reduced by 60%. I believe that mutual respect is an important foundation of our professional therapeutic relationship.

Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours before your appointment to allow ample time to reschedule before the 24-hour window begins. These reminders are a courtesy, it is up to you to remember your appointment. You can easily cancel or reschedule the appointment using the links in the confirmation and reminder emails.

Consecutive occurrences of booking and cancelling may result in the termination of the therapeutic relationship.

Late Policy

The appointment starts once you are in the room. All appointments include an intake and history, orthopedic assessments, and discussion of treatment. If you are running late, I am unable to extend the appointment and cannot change the appointment duration or fee. Please arrive on time so you can receive the most out of the session.

I respect that your time is valuable, so if I am late to the start of your appointment I will extend the appointment by how many minutes I was late, in order to ensure you get the full time.
