People come for rehab and recovery after experiencing a sport or activity related injury, a recurrent injury or pain that’s keeping them from movement, or have had a recent surgery they want to rehab.

Common complaints I’ve treated:
Muscle and ligament sprains, strains, and tears (think rolling an ankle)
Pain, tightness, soreness
Joint specific tightness, dislocations, or pain
Post surgical rehab (ACL, hip/knee replacement, FAI repair, Essex lopresti)
Fractures and breaks of the bone (think broken wrist from a fall, or forearm from snowboarding)
