A lot of what we view as normal, like the left hip that’s always cranky after a game, generally slowing down, or increasing aches and pains are the result of long term unaddressed altered movement patterns or overcompensating (ie. Moving too little somewhere and too much somewhere else)
For example, did you know that not using all of the movement in your ankle during field sports can be a reason why your hips are tight? Or that sticky ribs can be a reason for headaches and neck tension?
Maintenance appointments can be good for when you:
